UK Shipping Orders received before 2pm are usually dispatched the same day. Standard UK shipping is FREE. UK orders under 300 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Most items are delivered the next day, but Royal Mail’s estimate for this delivery service is 1-3 days. However, please bear in mind that we cannot contact Royal Mail about deliveries that have not arrived until ten working days have passed. We also offer GUARANTEED NEXT DAY DELIVERY for an additional 4.99. UK orders over 300 will either be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, or DHL Courier. Both will arrive next working day.

Returns If your item is faulty, please contact us by telephone ASAP on 02920 394 182 or 01633 262738. If you wish to return an item, please return to the address below with a short cover note explaining the reason return and what you would like done, a note of ebay user name, and a copy of your receipt. This will ensure that your return is dealt with as quickly as possible. RETURNS OF UNWANTED ITEMS MUST BE WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM. Item that are returned to us in perfect unopened and unused condition will receive a full refund. Any item that has been opened or used will incur a 10% restocking/repackaging fee.
