Zeiss ddr Jenoptem 10×50 multicoated binoculars

I believe these to be the genuine German made version but please study the photos and ask me to confirm anything if you think otherwise.

Cosmetically lovely and clean. Just a few isolated small rubs, mostly on the hard edges of the thumbwheel and ipd plate. Everywhere else almost has a new look to it. Please study pictures and bear in mind they are very close up when using zoom feature

Case is in perfect clean condition. There is a small paper manual included aswell. Straps on the case and the binoculars are like new.

Reverse viewing looks gin clear,  I can see no fungus or haze and the coatings look good. There is a teeny tiny spot of something which looks near to the prism and right on the extreme edge of the image circle but I’m viewing right into the light with a strong pair of reading glasses. It really is negligible and you may not even see it but just trying to be 101% accurate 

Collimation looks very good. I’m not an expert and peoples judgments vary  but viewing a mid distance tree branch against a plain sky it looks spot on.

Hinge mechanism and focus controls on the eyepiece and thumbwheel are smooth and damped.

A very nice pair of bins with superb image quality.
