              We aim to  dispatch all orders before 1pm on the same day. However, all orders made after  1pm will be dispatched next day. All orders are dispatched on working days  (Monday Friday) only.
              We also dispatch via Special ‘Next-day’ Express Delivery service offered by  Royalmail. To benefit from this service, customers are advised to contact us via ebay messages before checkout.
              All orders are carefully packaged and inspected before dispatch. However, please  note that human errors may arise in which case customers are advised to inform  us immediately. We always keep proof of postage in case if there is any problem with the delivery of the item. Like all other online sellers we too rely on third party to deliver our products. We don’t have control on delivery time. The time mention in the listing for guidance purpose only, although they are very good in keeping their promise.  PAYMENT

           RETURNS
              We accept  returns made within 14 days of receipt of goods. However, all customers are  required to inform us through eBay of any such intention within 5 days of  receiving goods.
              Please note, returns will only be accepted if items are unused, unworn,  unwashed, in original packaging, with all tags/labels attached and suitable for  re-sale. Please note, all returns are inspected for the above criteria and if  this is not met, items will be returned back to the customer and no refund will be issued.
