As we are an internet based delivery company we charge £5.00 per pick up to cover overhead costs relating to offering a collection service. Combined Shipping: We offer combined shipping for any items purchased and paid for simultaneously within a 6 day window. Items sold by XS Items Ltd come with a Return To Base (RTB) Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
‘New’ and ‘New Other’ items come with a 12 month warranty.
‘Refurbished’ items come with a 6 month warranty.
‘Used/For Parts’ items come with a 30 day warranty that the item is as described.
Within 30 days of the original payment date we will refund the purchase price or offer a replacement, if available.
After 30 days we will offer a repair. If a repair is uneconomic a replacement will be offered, if available.
Should neither of these options be available at time of return we will offer a refund.
Please note after 6 months, a reasonable reduction will be made to cover the use of the item.
