Despite the common perception, a childrens hospice isabout enjoying life.We give support to the whole family, we help parents have time to justbe mum and dad again rather than full time carers, we give time and attentionto siblings and we support families through bereavement counselling and generalemotional support while they are caring for the child and often for yearsafterwards.With over 700 children and families who could benefit from our careacross Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield areas we are only at the start of ourjourney and we would like you to be part of that journey with us.We need to raise 3.2 millioneach year to continue the support and care services that we provide to ourchildren and families.
