For sale is my Meade ETX 105 EC Mak Telescope.
This was originally bought for 550. The scope is in a fantastic condition and has been looked after.
This telescope is a very rare model that is hardly sold by owners as its such a great scope for its portability, quality and features.
The scope and everything included is in a great condition, this has been looked after from day one
The scope has a dual axis motor drive system that can be controlled by a Pushbutton electronic hand controller, this is powered by 8x Duracell AA Rechargeable batteries (also included). This allows you to navigate around the sky without touching the scope and is absolutely fantastic.
What is also fantastic about this scope is that it is so light and small, only weighing just over 6 kg and a height of 43 cm! Don’t let this size put you off, have a look at the picture of Saturn that was taken with a Logitech webcam and the pictures zoomed and then stacked.
Included is everything that came in the original box (which is also included);
. A view finder 2 x 25mm that is attached to the scope.
Lenses included made by Meade and came with the scope when I bought it;
. 26mm Meade plossl lens
. 2x Barlow lens (double magnification)
8x AA Duracell Rechargeable batteries
Remote with push buttons to operate scope
Printed instructions
Philips Star Dial
