This product is brand new. It was used only once to demonstrate it and thereafter it has been sitting in my cupboard. I dont see the value of leaving it there, now that I dont have a need for it. I was a distributor of Night Vision Optics before I came to retire here in the UK.

I have noticed that many ads for daylight binoculars also claim Night Vision capability, but what they dont tell you is that after dusk, when it really becomes night-time dark, they no longer work unless you are lucky enough to have good ambient light around you. In total darkness you need a Night Vision device that is designed for that purpose.

My Night Vision Binoculars are manufactured in Belarus where 80% of the worlds Electronic Intensifier Tubes are made. These Night Vision devices are not suitable for daylight use and will burn out in broad daylight and render themselves totally useless, ready for the scrap heap.

This item has only 2 deficiencies that need mentioning:

1.The carry bag has a faulty zip that doesnt close properly. I have found another carry bag which is even better than the original.

2.There is no original box, but I will package this item thoroughly even better than it originally was.

There are batteries included with both items. They are probably not strong anymore but will clearly indicate what they look like for you to buy fresh ones.

The price for both items when brand new was 1,245.00 during 2013. I will let them go for 800. I will only sell them as one item, not separately.
