I will report any non payers to ebay without exception here is the most important rule i do not accept returns unless the item differs from my description please be fair with me as i am with you thanks for looking and good luck with your bids!these are a nice pair of lizars binoculars (pre black and lizars) in good overall condition but they do need new eyecups and a small patch of leather needs to be re-stuck i will try to fix the leather but i would like you to know it was there! they are fully working but as with any second hand lens there could be a spec or two of dust but certainly nothing that would affect the quality of the image you see
