We are a well respected non-profit charity seller, we list our items as accurately and honestly as we possibly can but sometimes mistakes can occur. We want our customers to be completely happy with their items and will always try to sort out any problems for you.Items listed as ‘spares or repair’ or as ‘untested’ are items that are faulty or simply that we can’t test at our warehouse, so please bid accordingly.We do not have a ‘buy it now’ price on our auction style items, so we will not end these auctions early. Combined Postage / ShippingWe will always try to combine postage / shipping within Royal Mail or Parcelforce weight and price guides.We will send you an invoice after each purchase, if you do require combined postage please do not pay for any of your items until you have finished bidding.We use Parcelforce couriers, we’re very happy to combine as many items as possible up to their heavy 25kg weight limit for just 7.50. This might not be the best option for too many fragile items packed together, but we are willing to at your own risk.Parcelforce Zone 3 does not qualify for 7.50 48hr service, please contact us regarding shipping costs to:Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly -postcodes BT, IM, TR21-25Please note: Parcelforce classify the Channel Islands as an International destination. Payment, Delivery & CollectionCash or card accepted on collection, paypal payment in advance of collection is fine too.We also have a sorting room / donation point at this address, so please feel free to bring any donations with you. We can also take full advantage of any Gift Aid opportunities here to make your donations go further.With a little notice we can arrange delivery to any of our local charity shops in East Hertfordshire free of charge providing your item is not too large. This would be the only option for weekend collections, please check our Isabel Hospice website for full shop addresses to see which of our shops suits you best and us a message through eBay let us know. Your items must always be paid for by paypal in advance for free shop collection.Bishop’s Stortford, Buntingford, Cheshunt, Cuffley, Hertford, Hoddesdon, Sawbridgeworth, Ware and Welwyn Garden City charity shops are open Monday to Saturday for collection.Our Hatfield and Waltham Cross 1 charity shops are open 7 days a week for collection.If an item is listed as ‘collection only’, this is because the item is oversize for Royal Mail, Parcel Force couriers or just too fragile for transit. However we may be able to arrange East Hertfordshire delivery for a fee depending on whether your address is close to our drivers route between shop deliveries.Whether our items are delivered by Royal Mail or Parcelforce, we always have to adhere to their size, weight and price guides. We always post as soon as possible, but please remember once your items are collected by Royal Mail or Parcelforce the delivery process is out of our hands and is up to these companies to provide a good service for you.We will use recycled packaging when possible, we keep our prices as low as possible and do not try to profit from delivery costs. Please also remember that eBay now takes a 10% commission fee from our p&p costs.Payment & collection within 7 days please.Paid items that are not collected within 4 weeks unless agreed will be re-listed. European and World customersPlease be aware our items which do not have a price quoted for your country, can’t be shipped as they weigh close to or over Royal Mail’s 2kg weight limit. We do accept shipping is an expensive option but we do not profit from shipping and we unfortunately have no control over Royal Mail’s prices.If you need a tracking number then please choose the ‘International Signed’ option at the checkout which costs an extra 5.00, if that option does not show and you’d like that option then please message us before making payment. Standard Royal Mail Airmail does not come with a tracking option.We only ship using Royal Mail, we have found their delivery estimates to be a bit too ambitious on their part, so please allow comfortable delivery time before contacting us.
