Helios Nirvana ED 8×42 High Resolution Waterproof ED Binoculars: Designed with a demanding nature observer and outdoor enthusiast in mind, the Helios Nirvana ED 8×42 binoculars deliver exceptional high resolution image thanks to the ED (Extra Low Dispersion) glass with anti-reflection coatings which helps to minimise chromatic aberration and improve light transmission. The fully multi-coated optics and Phase-coated high-index BaK-4 prisms are employed in the Helios Nirvana ED for enhanced sharpness and optimal colour fidelity even in low light conditions. The rubber covered lightweight but durable magnesium alloy body of the Helios Nirvana ED 8×42 binoculars is argon gas filled for waterproof and fog-free viewing but also prevents any dust and other small debris from entering inside and spoiling the view.The truly wide angle full size Helios Nirvana ED binoculars give 8x magnification and 42mm objective lenses – a good balance between magnification and field of view, light gathering potential and size. The smoothly turning, precise rubber covered centre focusing wheel and click-stop dioptre adjustment (located just behind the focusing wheel) allow the Helios Nirvana ED 8×42 binoculars user for smooth and easy focusing from 2m to infinity while generous eye relief with twist up eyecups helps the glasses wearers to enjoy the wide field of view.
