This powerful 100mm aperture spotting scope can be used even under low light conditions. Even with the maximum magnification of 67x with the supplied zoom eyepiece the image is still clear and bright. The spotting scope is spray water proof, making it suitable for “real-life” outdoor use. Compared with an 80mm spotting scope the light gathering surface is 36% larger!
Applications: With 100mm aperture this spotting scope is made for demanding use in conditions where smaller spotting scopes will fail, especially for low light conditions (in forests, twilight, …). This makes the instrument ideal for demanding nature observing, birdwatching and hunting.
The spotting scope is very popular for long distance target shooting. Under good conditions you can use it for up to 300m shooting distance. Digiscoping with the TS Spotting Scope
The TS Optics Spotting scope is well suited for Digiscoping, i.e. for photography with a compact digital camera (or SLR camera) throught the spotting scope. In this application the spotting scope serves as a powerful tele lens for high magnification photography. Under “User Reviews” you will find sample images taken with this spotting scope.
Adaptation of almost any SLR or DSLR camera can be done easily with the WO Fotoadapter and a T-ring for the camera. This adaptation is then attached to one of the optional fixed magnification eyepieces. We recommend the 25mm or 19mm eyepiece for best results – with the shorter focal length eyepieces the resulting magnification would become too high for most applications.

Practical Carrying Case:
