This is an early 20 century pair of field glass type binoculars by Ross of London. They are slightly unusual in  the only writing on the binoculars are “Ross London” and 2 addresses “111 New Bond St” and 31 Cockspur St”, whereas most Ross Binocular give details of the binocular type and a serial number. However from the design they are almost certainly of the Barton Patent type.

 

The binoculars are made of brass with a leather covering and are in nice cosmetic condition, as indicated by the photos

The focus wheel rotates and the focus function works, The lenses have some grime which will require removing but otherwise the lens is clear and sharp.

The binoculars come with the original case, but this is missing its cover
