Vintage Japanese Swift Trilyte Mk.III 8×40 Roof Prism Binocular.This vintage Japanese Swift Trilyte Mk.III 8×40 wide angle roof prism binocular is inexcellent condition. The bodyhasjust a few very minorsigns ofuse evident. The rubber fold back eyecups are in very good condition, with no perishing. The anti-reflectionfully-coatedoptics are clean, clear and free from scratches and fungus. As a result, theydeliver sharp, crisp and clear images.The prismsare un-damaged and in addition, they are in perfect collimation. Internally, when viewing through in reverse, the prisms arevery clean, (with perhaps just a few specks of dust), resulting in the wonderfully bright, wide-field, crispviews provided by this splendid binocular.The mechanics of this binocular are excellent too, with all adjustments being smooth and without stiffness.They come complete with a black case (lined withlight browncorduroy), and a neck strap, 4 lens capsand fixingsare all includedas shown in the supplied images. The case is sadly missing its lid.Overall avery useable and collectabletop qualityvintage Japanese roof-prismbinocular.Serial # 37-746124.Made in Japan.I’m happy to combine postage.
