For auction today is a collectible and vintage pair of “Carl Zeiss Jena” binoculars with leather case (DF 6×30) I am not sure of the date but probably from the 1930s onwards maybe a little later or earlier. The main hand held grips are leather covered and the leather is shoeing some deterioration in places, the paintwork on the metal parts has wear in places, as can be seen in photos, and a little of the brass element is showing too. The lenses do focus quite well, there is no central thumb piece to control the eye pieces to focus but you have to turn the eye pieces themselves. On of the eye pieces does not turn all the way down completely. One of the lenses has black spots and a little dust, the other is better, I think the item needs a good overall clean. The binoculars does have a strap and the leather case is in good order with strap to, but does not have the strap to use with the buckle.

The item is sold as seen, therefore, ask questions and look at the pictures as I also have a policy of no returns, I only send my items recorded sign for delivery and welcome Paypal only please.
