My NexStar 5SE mount and drive base is a ‘Grab-n-Go’ portable GoTo system. It can be used as a table top computerised mount to track celestial objects or placed on a suitable tripod for timed exposure photography. It is in great condition. Never taken out in the field and barely used.

Ergonomically designed integrated hand control cradle and RA drive arm giving solid support for small to medium sized telescopes. This mount can hold dovetail fitted telescopes of 4 and 5 inch diameter with up to 10 lb weight.

The unit is around 6 or 7 kg. This weight and dimension is in accordance with the Royal Mail delivery cost. I understand that many want to send gifts at this time of year so I can offer it as cash on collection or can bring into central London for a speedy transaction.

The NexStar SE mount has the same features as Celestrons most advanced GoTo telescopes, including the revolutionary SkyAlign alignment a sky tour feature. It carries a database of over 40,000 celestial objects with an easy to use hand control.

Various accessories can be plugged onto NexStars auxiliary port for quick automatic alignments and positioning.
