Idea beginners scope perfect for beginners, looking to get in to this great hobby.  Scope is like new (but see text below) all works fine, only selling to upgrade.

First scope 72mm Telescope.  with front cover and spoter scope fitted

Carry holdal not something I would, or have used my self, ie it so compact it idea storage is the box it came in.

4 eye piece included,  these are  2.5mm, 4mm, 6mm, 20mm (many others are available)

MOON Filter (yep believe or not the moon can be too bright to see good details so this little bit is a must!)

There is a CD some where I will try to locate it.

I’ve also added a book on deep sky objects, which is well worth a read.

Sadly these scopes wooden mounts are poorly manufactured, mass produced and cut from MDF, (shame they didn’t use quality wood, but it all down to price asked I suppose)  I noticed mine was starting to crack and noticed others with the same issue, ie you see quite a few broken ones on here.  so Hence I have taken this one apart and glued the Dowel and wood, Whilst under compression so it should not cause a problem with further normal use)  it is only slightly noticeable, as it had started to crack, but being a Ex Detail fitter, I carried out this out,  and this is the only mark on the whole scope, other than this it mint, but this one should go on for years now, where with other will sadly fail due to this.  If you own one, I would recomend affecting this repair ASAP, as they will fall, it really is a poor design fault, ie a large dowel placed in a small piece of MDF wood, (two smaller dowels would have been a much better option as would have been some glue on the dowels.

As I said the item is for sale, as I have decided to go all out with this hobby, hence this reluctant sale of this great item,  As I said, i’m really tempted to keep this, but big telescopes are not cheap, so hence funds going towards the new one if it sells, if the bids don’t equal the value it worth to me, I’ll set it up as a moon scope.
