A Celestron Astromaster 76 reflector telescope OTA (Optical Tube Assembly) with dovetail bar type fitting and built in red dot finder. It has a 1.25″ rack and pinion focuser and comes with the protector caps for both the objective and the focuser. The telescope has a 76mm mirror and a focal length of 700mm making it nicely lightweight and portable (around 1.75kg). This is an excellent all round entry level telescope giving a good balance of portability, planetary and deep space performance. Please note that this auction is for the telescope OTA only, it does not include a mount or tripod. It is in very good condition except that the screwdriver point for the battery cover of the red dot finder is a bit damaged as shown in the last picture. This does not in anyway affect the telescope or finder performance and a new battery has just been fitted.Please check out my other auctions.No Reserve
