Carl Zeiss (West Germany) 8x20B Compact Binoculars A compact Carl Zeiss (West Germany, not Jena) binocular in good optical condition.
These are used binoculars, so there is some evidence of use. The lettering/decals on the bridge are worn.
Having sold a number of these in the past, we are happy to report that the rubber eyecups are in good condition. We have noticed that many of these have damage to the rubber eyecups where they rub while being placed back into their original Zeiss case. This may not sound important, but it is, because cracks in the eyecups let in a lot of light and can make them extremely unpleasant to use.
These are not supplied with a case (the original case is too tight to prevent damage, so we recommend that they are used with a slightly larger modern camera case designed for a compact camera).
