Carl Zeiss Jenna Dekarem 10 x 50 DDR binoculars with ridged case.
In generally clean, good used condition. (I don’t know much about binoculars, but this is my opinion)
Serial number 6710931
The body shows little wear with just one obvious paint chip to the left hand front ring (see photo) and very slight signs of wear to the knurled surfaces.
Lenses show a few marks. The worst of these is to the right hand eye piece lens and is shown in the photo with the green background; the photo probably makes it look worse than it is in reality. There is another slight mark on the inner face of one of the front elements and a few small marks that my clean, but I cannot be sure of this. I have not attempted to dismantle and clean inside.
The case is in good condition with a few, light scuff marks that are visible in the pictures. The straps are generally good with a little cracking around the areas where they are bent back on themselves.
I am in Bedford, to the north of the town and, if you are nearby, you are welcome to view by arrangement.
