              CARL  ZEISS  JENA JENOPTEM    10 X 50W  M.C.  BINOCULARS (DDR )                               Excellent pair of Carl Zeiss multicoated wide fieldbinoculars ,they have the original brown leather caseinterior and external arein excellent condition as is the case and lanyard straps . The serial number is6941451 which indicates date of production as 1989 in Jena East Germany  .The production of these models finished twoyears  later and this model in fact hasbold print on the right hand housing. The cosmetic condition is exceptional with no visiblesigns of any paint loss indicative of careful or little  handling since manufacture. The opticalcondition is superb , giving a wonderful image especially with the wider angleview this model gives. I have noticed one very small ( approximately 1mm indiameter ) transparent ice crystal on the left hand objective, this has nodetrimental  effect whatsoever on theimage produce which is bright . clear and pin sharp.  All focussing functions are smooth and positive,reverse viewing reveals a spotless interior with no signs of any fungus orother debris.  The collimation is perfecttherefore insuring trouble free  viewingduring extended use.  I am completely confident that the performance ofthese Jenoptems  will give 100%satisfaction to the new owner and will give many years of utmost pleasure ,they are without doubt a fine pair of binoculars. .I do have a return policy should they differ from theabove description and request that I am notified as soon as possible if anyproblems exist.  My  return policy is based on the above howeverif you just changed your mind etc the cost of return is the buyers expenditure, thank you for your understanding I take great care in the packing of optical equipmentand they should arrive in perfect condition.                                   Thank you for your interest and bidding. I will ship these binoculars Worldwide and show the costsbelow using the Royal Mail  InternationalSigned for service ( this also gives full insurance )  All UK               Destinations   using the Next day special delivery willcost                           12.00All EEC            Destinations   using the aboveInternational Signed for service  willcost     20.55All Worldwide Destinations   using the aboveInternational Signed for service  willcost      27.95
