CARL ZEISS JENA JENOPTEM 10 X 50W M.C. BINOCULAR DDR________________________________________________________________ Superb pair of Carl Zeiss multicoated wide field binoculars in excellent condition. They have the original brown leather case which is in virtually new condition ( inside and out ) as is the case strap and lanyard. The serial number is 6815736 which indicates date of production as 1988 in Jena East Germany.  The cosmetic condition is superb however I have just seen the faintest dimple on the right hand housing which is hardly visible. I have tried to show many photographs of this position but without success. The dimple is very faint and has no effect whatsoever in the performance of the binocular , which does give a wonderful image especially with the wider angle view this model gives , they have the later T3M fully multicoated optics , which do give extreme brightness , high contrast and colour accuracy for which Carl Zeiss are renowned for. These are a very powerful binocular and ideal for all outdoor activities , especially favoured by the horse racing followers giving a pin sharp accurate wide view. All focussing functions are smooth in operation and reverse viewing reveals a very clean interior with no signs of fungus or any other debris. They have a perfect alignment and this does eliminate stress during extended viewing. The original lens coatings applied during manufacture show no signs of any wear and all prisms are in perfect condition.I am completely confident that the performance of these Jenoptems will give 100% satisfaction to the new owner and will give many years of utmost pleasure , they are a exceptional pair of binoculars and will be carefully packed.  I do have a return policy if they do not adhere to the above description and please contact me asap if any problem exist. If so hopefully we can come to an amicable agreement however if not, please return them and I will make the appropriate refund on arrival. This will include the return postage costs. My return policy is accepted for a period of 14 days and if you wish to return the binoculars just because you have changed your mind etc, The return postage costs are for your account and I will refund your initial outlay after the binoculars have been returned and an inspection has taken place.
