                CARL ZEISS JENA DEKAREM DDR 10 X 50W/ M/C BINOCULARS.MINT                 ==========================================================.                                     PRISTINE  pair of Carl Zeiss  DDR produced binoculars, this is the DEKAREMlate model with the bold lettering on the housing, produced in East Germany andwas the premium model of the 10 x 50s and the serial number is 6806261 whichindicates 1988 as date of production. They have the original leather case andstrap which are in Superb condition , the strapand lanyard havenot been fitted to the binoculars and may well be regarded as new. The cosmeticcondition is outstanding with no visible marks attributed to careful handling andI would suggest little use since manufactured ( the overall paint work is unmarked ) and this pair of Carl Zeiss maywell be described as being in a MINT condition throughout . The opticalcondition reflects the standards associated with this Company…they give asuperb bright and sharp image.  Thecollimation is correct and no visible damage to either the prisms or lenses .Reverseviewing reveals a spotless interior with no signs of any debris / mold etc andalso no signs of any deterioration of the special coatings applied duringmanufacture. The  have the later T3M multicoatings which dogive a superior contrast and colour rendition compared to the earlymodels…  All focusing functions aresilky smooth and positive In other words an exceptional pair of binoculars,suitable for all outdoor activities especially horse racing and  sporting venues where a pictorial view addsto the overall satisfaction achieved by this wide angled model. I do have a returnpolicy if these binoculars do Not Adhere to the above description and please contactme asap if any problems exist.  If sohopefully we can come to an amicable agreement, however if not please returnthem and I will make the appropriate refund on arrival (.
