CARL ZEISS JENA DDR DELTRINTEM 8 X 30 MULTI COATED BINOCULARS 1977, GOOD CONDITION.
SERIAL NUMBER IS 4536862.
The Deltrinem was the premier range of East German ZEISS binoculars, superior to the Jenoptem, being hand assembled using specially selected components and it was sold with a superior luxury top loading leather case, which comes with these binoculars being auctioned. Please note that the strap attached to the camera is not the original one, it has been replaced at some stage with a black plastic one which has been repaired.
There are a few marks on the body of these binoculars and some paint loss. The lens however are very bright clear with no fungus or haze. No double image and no obvious scratches to the lens.
The binoculars focus easily and smoothly.
The original leather case and strap are in very good condition.
