Carl Zeiss Jena 10x40B MC Notarem Binoculars

Top quality vintage binoculars with revolutionary multi-coated optics, a world first for Zeiss DDR and still impressive even today. 

The special split wheel single/dual focusing also works well. Cosmetically they and smart with only minor marks to the bodywork. They have rubber eyecups which can be folded down for use by spectacle wearers (see pics) and these are also in good condition with only a minor split the the right hand cup. There is what looks to be a very small speck of dust on the internal lens of the left hand tube so a dismantle and lense clean would be beneficial. They come with original luxury red velvet lined case, strap and lanyard.
