These Carl Zeiss binoculars are a pleasure to use. They focus smoothly providing a sharp clear image. I can’t see any fungus inside though there appears to be some dust specks. It doesn’t seem to affect the image. The serial number is 3506468. They are marked “Made In Germany”. The leather case is sound though there is wear to the hinge strap. They bear the IQ export quality symbol.
