This 7 x 50 mm binocular has a 7 mm exit pupil, that’s the size of your fully dilated, dark adapted pupil.
Therefore the 7 x 50 is known as the “Night Glass”
The optics in this are simply fantastic. No haze, double vision or dim yellow cast going off here.
Just high definition clarity.
At home day or night, all aspect binocular. But really good scanning the Milkyway and hunting down Astro targets.
Very good for birding too, thanks to buttery smooth, fast action focuser.
Condition good for age, usual paint rubs on high spots, front bezels & focuser wheel.
Optics lovely, spot or 2 internally, coatings very nice, deep violet.
Mechanically all good, collimation 100% spot on. Case good with original Zeiss Lanyard and Shoulder Strap.
These have the Wow factor, it’s performance like these have that have made Zeiss the legend they are.
Buyer will not be disappointed, these things are great !
