A interesting pair of Canadian binoculars…I’ve listed them as military…could be im not a expert but they have 2 adjustable focus eyepieces and 1944 written on them…as you can see they come without a case and are in the condition you can see…optically they give a crystal clear sharp image…the lenses show a few internal blemishes..as you would expect of something 72yrs old…they are 7 times magnification generally speaking good for their age!! lot of reflections shown in photos of lenses.
