TheBresser Safari delivers all the performance you would expect from one of theworld’s biggest and most respected telescope makers. Designedfor the serious birder and outdoor enthusiast on a budget, the Safari 80mm zoomspotting scope features a comfortable 45 degree 20x to 60x zoom eyepiecedelivering sharp, clear images at long and short range viewing distances. Thezoom range is ideal for serious field use with the medium 20x to 30xmagnfication at the start of the zoom range being good for target location andwider field viewing. The high power magnifications are ideal for detailedobservations even in poor light (deeply overcast, twilight etc). The Safarispotting scope is constructed from lightweight polycarbonate and then rubberarmour covered for quiet, safe handling in the field and to protect theinstrument from the bumps and knocks of a lifetime of regular use. Simply twistthe eyepiece to alter the zoom magnification smoothly from 20x all the way upto 60x (with all magnifications inbetween of course). Forbright, high contrast views the Safari 80mm has superb fullyanti-reflection-coated BaK4 prisms and lenses. Lightweightpolycarbonate construction The Bresser Safari spotting scopes are manufactured fromdense polycarbonate greatly reducing the overall weight also making itextremely rugged and durable. Rubberarmour covered A rugged rubber armor covering quiets down those bumps and protects theSafari spotting scope from abrasions and damage from regular use. Even moreprotection and convenience is afforded by the brilliant stay-on “actionjacket” padded carry case. The carry case can be left on the scope in use- even when attached to tripods, with all the controls are fully accessible. Waterproof,fog proof & nitrogen purged ensure many years of reliable performance. Thescope is nitrogen purged to ensure the views stay crystal clear regardless oftemperature changes (in and out of warm cars, hides etc). Built-insliding sunshade The Safari features a sliding sunshade that is built-in to the objective lensof the scope to further reduce glare. The front lens-cap is tethered on to thescope and conveniently pops on the sunshade out of the way when viewing. TheSafari spotting scope can be used with small digital as well as large SLR(digital or film) cameras. Suitable adaptors are available seperatly. The scope has only been used very occasionally and so is in pretty much as good as new condition.  No dents, marks or scratches either on outer casing (has been kept in protective jacket at all time), and the lens/glass is also scratch free. Great for birding, archery, or even astronomy. Selling as just not making use of the scope.
