If you change your mind after ordering & the order has been processed & dispatched we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% to cover our handling & postage costs. The same charge will be applied if the item is not in its original packaging. Any other postage costs incurred ie for express delivery will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed when the item has been returned & checked over.
