USA.Very good overall condition with clear glass and un scratched lenses.View is crystal clear, individual eye piecs focus, collimation is spot on.Case has is worn but solid. strap to hold it closed is missing as is the felt on the idside of the lid.The rest of the inside is complete and good for it’s age.Excellent pair of collectible but highly usable binoculars.I’m no expert, this is about as much as I know about them.
