I’m selling my astronomical equipment as a complete kit. Everything apart from the HEQ5 PRO mount was bought bought new approx 18-24 months ago. The whole set up has only been used approx. a dozen times
The telescope is the Williams Optics GT102, a fantastic scope especially for astro photography and in immaculate condition. The image of M42 was taken using a GT102 and is from the W/O GT102 Youtube page.
Williams Optics are a world leader when it comes to making telescopes and the GT102 is one of their premier scopes. I bought the scope new from Ian King Imaging. (Currently on the First Light Optics FLO website for 1995)

I also have a very solid metal pier, which cost 150 to have engineered and built specifically for the HEQ5 Pro. This makes setting the scope up extremely quick, and all but eliminates any vibration for astrophotography.
Viewing is welcome before the end of the auction and due to the weight and nature of the equipment it will be local collection only. If the purchaser comes to collect the equipment and believes it is not as described then a refund will be given minus any Paypal costs
This equipment is advertised with local astronomical societies and local selling websites, so the item maybe withdrawn before the end of this auction.Many thanks.
