Antique Vintage Kershaw The Olympic 8×30 extra wide angle binoculars. Serial or model no. 34673. Made in England. With original leather case, which is in very good condition and in a lovely dark tan coloured leather. Testing the binoculars out they function well and can be adjusted, lenses are fine, but the buyer might prefer to clean. The binoculars are in good overall condition as far as appearance compared to most I have seen, just the odd nibble hear and there to enamel which would be expected for the age (around one of the lens fittings and a small nibble to the centre bridge. – see photograph 7)Lined with dark green velvet – the quality of the leather on the case is excellent and the pictures do not really do this justice.
Binoculars still have the label/stamp from retailer Wallace Heaton Ltd, London W1 est 1917- (Wallace Heaton supplied the British Royal family with all their cameras)
