A WWI Era Two Draw Brass and Leather Telescope, The ” Rifleman” by J.H. Steward, London.

An original and genuine Early 20th Century period Telescope.

* One internal Lens with a small peripheral loss, as shown, this has no effect whatsoever on the view in use as it is not in the field of vision, the affected Lens has no weakness or movement associated with this minor issue.*Otherwise all Lenses, including the internal ones, are chip, crack and scratch / damage free. Surprisingly powerful and working extremely well giving a good clear and bright image in use.

With the End Caps and Strap Fixings missing, with a small nick or two to the Leather.

The Leather Wrap is firmly in place despite some parting of the Seam.

Some signs of use to the end of the removable Hood.

A small dent to the First Draw close to the Name, all as shown,

Otherwise in very good order with no cracks, splits, major damage, or any structural issues.

The Rain / Sun Hood is detachable on a Screw Thread, it runs smoothly and tightens fully .Will focus easily and precisely.

With only very slight sideways movement at the joints when fully extended.
