Here is an antique un-named brass telescope which has black leather glued to it … it has two black leather covers.. either end.. one has the loops missing .. stitching has come loose.. and on the side of the main telescope the leather is starting to peel off.. I do NOT mess about and glue things.. so its just as I got it.
It has NO makers names as far as I can see.
When in the closed up position its… 11 and half inch tall with the covers on.
Small EYE end has a slider over the glass… other end has not.
Eye part is 1 and half inch dia…other end is 2 and half inch dia … this end has a hood single draw…3 and a quarter inch long.
4 draws on the other end….all stay put ..as in do not come out when pulled out as some old antique telescopes do.
It is 39 and half inch long when ALL draws are out..including the hood.
I have NOT been into the lenses to see what they look like.. I have looked from the wide end to the small end and all look clean.
