it’s about 11 years old, it was my late fathers and I have never got around to using it. It comes in 2 parts, the dome comes off as it runs on runners. It’s quite easy to take down as I took it down from my father’s to my house about 10 years ago and never got around to using it much. It is bolted to a concrete base with no floor. It will detach from the concrete when Un bolted. There are no leaks what so ever as I use it to keep spare parts i.e golf clubs, telescopes etc. It pivots a full 360 degrees and the hatch slides open to view the stars. The pier is bolted to the floor and it is very heavy. It’s 92 inches from the centre of the top to the bottom. Bottom half is 52 and the dome is 40 inches.
