Payment via Paypal MUST be received within two days of purchase please … if you require longer to pay for an item please let us know prior to item finishing so that we know.  If an item is not paid within this timeframe then an unpaid item case will be filed – we require the constant income to cover purchase of stock and to cover overheads.  We are also happy to keep items to the side for up to a week if you are planning on purchasing other items from us … but please send us a message so that we know.

We will combine postage and packing costs on multiple purchases according to weight … please await invoice.  For UK buyers if your item(s) comes to more than 20 it will only be sent confirmed … this will give you a tracking number and it will need to be signed for at your end.  This incurs an extra charge and we ask that you wait until we amend your invoice before paying.  For international buyers if your item(s) comes to more than 20 it will only be sent confirmed … this will give you a tracking number and it will need to be signed for at your end.  This incurs an extra charge and we ask that you wait until we amend your invoice before paying.  Otherwise all items will be send standard – there is no tracking with this option and is entirely at the buyers own risk – if you do not want to take the risk please ask for tracked shipping.  Please note that the maximum weight of a package that can be shipped abroad via Royal Mail is 2kg … if your order weighs more than this it will need to be shipped by courier … please await invoice where we will specify the shipping cost.  If you do not wait for any additional charges to be applied to your invoice your item will NOT be dispatched until the extra outstanding has been paid.

Due a number of recent queries we would like to make it clear that the items are sold as per what is specified in the item condition/description box.  We will not accept returns for any reasons/defects that we have pointed out within the listing or if the item is listed as UNTESTED – PLEASE TAKE CARE TO READ BEFORE BIDDING.  For any items being returned the BUYER pays the return postage – we will not cover this cost … please bare this in mind.  I cannot reimburse any postage paid, only the item value.
