19th Century EG Wood 74 Cheapside Victorian Field Glasses Binoculars

On offer here is a pair of Victorian field glasses marked up EG WOOD, 74 CHEAPSIDE. Edward George Wood was a master optician specialising in optical lenses. He traded from 74 Cheapside from 1851-1898 so these are around 150 years old.

The glasses measure approx 95mm x 110mm x 45mm when fully extended (75mm when not) and are fully working. They weigh 266g. There are two cracks on the eye lens casing which although do not impair the functionality need to be noted. Please see photos for condition as these form part of the description. Further photos are available upon request.
