10 inch Newtonian Revelation Astro optical tube in excellent condition – sold with EQ5 Celestron Mount and GoTo device. I have used the scope with this mount, and the compatibility is excellent. Ideal optical tube for astrophotography as the size allows for deep-sky viewing and detailed planetary imaging. Slight cosmetic scratches to metal holding arm on scope but otherwise all equipment is in good working order. GoTo has a database of approx. 40,000 celestial objects. Mount head and counterweights come in a hard-case (Slight cosmetic wear to top of hard case but otherwise no defects to the functionality.) I have found, due to the size of the optical tube, that another small counterweight was effective in maintaining stability and this is also included in the hard-case along with the standard EQ5 counterweights. Pick up only – this is a big piece of kit, ideal for those wanting to get more serious about astrophotography/astronomy.
